Creating a "Power-full flow" means 3 things:
1. POWER: Introducing, assessing, embracing, growing and expressing the power we hold within ourselves, our mind, our body and our soul.
2. FULL: Addressing & recognizing the parts of the puzzle that are missing, creating habits/shifting behavioral patterns to help the puzzle take form.
LEARN (ourselves) - LOVE (ourselves) - LISTEN (to ourselves) and when we put all those things together, we create happiness & fullness within ourselves.
We become complete.
3. FLOW: Naturally letting the flow of who we are guide us into self healing while producing & spreading happiness, love, movement, energy on a constant basis.
