Customizing each program for your individual needs, not just based on how your body performs and responds. Focusing on sport-specific training keys for the particular sport as well as positions within that sport. Going hand in hand, speed work will be incorporated to increase reaction and response times as well as HOW to produce power. While strength is taught technically and with a high awareness of control, applying hand eye coordination allows the athlete to increase their awareness within their sport. To balance everything out, recovery training techniques such as Thai Bodywork/Sports Massage and Trigger Point Therapy are used to help the athletes muscles perform how they need to and increase their ability to perform.

                 Functional Training 

Searching for a program to help you lose fat and gain functional movement? I incorporate functional movements into everything I do because as humans, we are made to MOVE. When we fall into sedentary lifestyles or even poor training habits, we stop moving in ways that our body is able to adapt and perform when needed. So by implementing and consistently assessing how the body moves, I address compensations, injuries and reset the body in a way that it can move freely without pain or limitations.
